MAYAN CLASSICAL JEWELRY

The Mayan artisans from Guatemala also fabricate jewelry knitting "Mostcilla" (tiny beads)  creating different authentic designs, combining colors and shapes.  Earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings are all hand-made using their abilities in this skill.

Necklaces and earrings made with glass beads "a la facon du Murano" is also one of their specialties. 

Larger beads made with wood or hand-painted ceramics are used to create fashionable necklaces and bracelets.
